Unrated Profiles
If a profile cannot be rated, it shouldn't be allowed on the top users, I think. Someone could make an account and get a rating of about 9, and be on top users. Then, they would make their profile unrateable. This way they are always top of top users.

I know this problem, but it is allowed if a user has many ratings.

Time ago a girl stopped its rating-bar when she was rated 10 on 15 votes... i've ask her to re enable its rating-bar and all has been resolved..

feel free to tell me if there is someone with the rating bar disabled with less than 50 votes..
